Great-Grandpa Wilson

This is Great-Grandpa Wilson with the great grandkids. Eric is grouchy because he just got hurt. Then there is Riley, Hunter and Patricia.

I tell you, this man had me in stitches the entire time we were in Kansas City. Everything that came out of his mouth was a joke. It was great!

The big wedding

Eric was a ring bearer along with his cousin, Hunter (2) who fell asleep just before the ceremony and didn't get to walk down the aisle. He was a hit with the groomsmen though. He loved hanging out with the "big boys".
Patricia was a flower girl. She also managed to catch the bouquet. She went with the girls to the salon the day of the wedding and got to have her hair done and nails done and everything.
Riley just thought the whole thing was boring and took a nap. No, he made it through most of the waiting period before the wedding. It was just a long day for him.
It was a beautiful ceremony though. We couldn't be happier for Jennie and Trevor.

First Day of School

Ahh, the first day of school. Eric was so excited. He even wanted to ride the bus and not have mom take him. Mom was sad but didn't cry.

It sure was quiet around the house all day. No TVs on. No fighting. Maybe tomorrow mom will take a nap.

Riley at Six Months

Riley turned half a year this month. He now has two teeth on the bottom and can army crawl, and man is he fast. He prefers to eat finger food rather than food from a spoon.

Riley at Five Months

So while Riley is now 5 months, we are busy preparing for a trip to Kansas City, Mo for Lance's sister's wedding. He sure keeps us all busy.
